Abhyas Retreats – Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which bookings for wellness retreats on Abhyas Retreats (the “Platform”), operated by Sukrit Wellness Tours Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), can be cancelled and explains our policy regarding refunds.

This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By making a booking on the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

2. Booking Model

Access to wellness retreats on the Platform is provided through one-time bookings. Payments are processed securely via Stripe through WooCommerce on WordPress.

3. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your retreat booking by contacting us in writing at info@abhyasretreats.com. Please include your booking confirmation number and full name in your cancellation request.

Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds

The following cancellation terms apply unless otherwise stated on the specific retreat page or in your booking confirmation:

More than 30 days before retreat start date Full refund minus any non-refundable deposit (if applicable)
15-30 days before retreat start date 50% refund
Less than 15 days before retreat start date No refund

No-Shows

If you fail to arrive at the retreat without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

Retreat-Specific Policies

Some retreats may have their own cancellation and refund terms due to third-party venue or supplier requirements. Where a retreat-specific policy exists, it will be stated on the retreat page and/or in your booking confirmation, and will take precedence over this general policy.

4. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to transfer your booking to a different date or retreat, please contact us at info@abhyasretreats.com as early as possible. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional fees or price differences. We cannot guarantee that transfer requests will be accommodated.

5. Cancellations by Us

In the event that we need to cancel a retreat due to insufficient bookings, unforeseen circumstances, or reasons beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you:

  • A transfer to an alternative retreat date (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund of amounts paid to us for the cancelled retreat

We are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses, unless required by law.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a refund where possible.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the Platform website. Changes will not apply retroactively to bookings made prior to the update.
