Abhyas Retreats – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Abhyas Retreats (the “Platform”). The Platform provides users with access to wellness retreats for individuals and organisations (the “Services”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any Services offered on or through https://abhyasretreats.com (the “Website”). The Platform is owned and operated by Sukrit Wellness Tours Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 2nd Floor 61/62, Pocket C-5, Rohini Sector 11, Delhi, New Delhi, 110085, India.

Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Platform. 3. User Accounts

Registration: To book Services, you may need to register for an account on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use the Platform.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings: A binding contract is formed when we confirm your booking via email and/or provide an order confirmation through the Website.
Pricing: Prices are displayed on the Website in the currency shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices may exclude taxes, travel costs, visas, insurance, and personal expenses.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed using Stripe via WooCommerce on WordPress. By making a payment, you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
Payment Security: We do not store full card details on our servers. Payment details are handled by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s terms and privacy practices.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing at info@abhyasretreats.com.
Refund eligibility depends on the specific retreat’s cancellation terms as stated on the retreat page or in your booking confirmation.
Some booking components may be non-refundable (e.g., deposits, third-party reservation fees).
No-shows and early departures are generally non-refundable.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Our Services are for wellness and educational purposes and are not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the Services.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have any medical concerns.
You must disclose relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications that may affect your participation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Sukrit Wellness Tours Private Limited, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM PARTICIPATION IN ANY RETREAT OR SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SPECIFIC BOOKING GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform and Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.
